SHIPPING POLICY
1. An order can’t be cancelled after we have shipped it out. Buyer is always responsible for shipping fees.
2. The buyer is responsible for the shipping address they provide to us. No refunds if the address is wrong.
3. We ship via USPS or UPS, first class, priority, within 1-4 days of receiving the order. We don’t ship on Saturday, Sunday or National, Christian or Jewish Holidays.
4. Most products are in stock most of the time for immediate delivery. However, some products may be SOLD OUT temporarily. In this case you will be notified by e-mail and you can decide to wait, buy an alternative product or cancel your order.
5. Your Credit Card will be charge only on the day we ship the order. Shipping confirmations are sent via e-mail, with the tracking number.
6. We reserve the rights to limit quantities, or decline acceptance of any order for any reason.
7. Item availability and prices are subject to change, at any time, without prior notice.
8. For International shipping, buyer is responsible for any custom fees, taxes, duties, charges, procedures, documentation, etc., if any.
9. For Express shipping please e-mail us with order and address so we can quote you the rate amount.
10. If you order different items, we may ship some that are immediately available and back order other items not available. We will notify you via e-mail.
11. False Claims. each handbag is meticulously inspected and checked before leaving our premises. If we determine that the handbag was damage because of mishandling or carelessness our guarantee will not cover your order.
12. It might take up to 20 business days for the order to get to you. It all depends on UPS or USPS and we can’t guarantee time of arrival.
